Based on the homebuilt, full-size Radial Rocket TD, Black Horse have created an unusual model of an aircraft that has design features borrowed from WW2 fighters and pylon racers alike. She is sleek and aggressive in one dresign, yet has the simplicity and practicality of fixed undercarriage.
Hand built in accurate factory jigs, the Radial Ricket is entirely made of balsa/ply topped off with a beautiful GRP cowling and crisp bubble canopy. That cowling can engulf most powerplants with very little to spoil the exterior lines.
At around 55in span, she is compact enough to fit in many cars in one piece and can be powered by a variety of popular engines or motors according to your preference. Even a 5 channel radio is enough to control her, along with fairly basic servos.
