1. Delivery Procedure

Once your order has been placed and all items are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours, often on the same working day if the order is received before 2pm. You will receive an email informing you of when your order has been dispatched. Our standard delivery time is usually 3-4 working days.

Out Of Stock Items

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will order the item in as soon as possible, and will inform you by email when payment has been taken and the order is ready to be dispatched.

Items in our Secondary Warehouse

If you have ordered an item that is in our secondary warehouse, delivery will take 2-3 working days longer than our standard delivery time of 3-4 working days.

Special Orders

Some special order items are shipped to us from a European warehouse, and will incur a further charge at checkout.

2. Check Delivery Charge by Postcode

You can find out the exact delivery charge to your chosen delivery destination using the "Postcode" feature within the "Summary" page in your basket. Simply enter your delivery postcode in the "Postcode" box. Based on the items in your shopping basket and the delivery postcode entered, a delivery charge and delivery method will be calculated and displayed, together with any special information regarding delivery to your chosen destination. 3. Free Delivery

UK Mainland

At Slough Radio Control Models we offer free delivery to all UK mainland destinations on orders above the value of £15.00.

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands

For Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands we offer a reduced delivery rate for orders over the value of £100.00.

5. Delivery to International Destinations and Channel Islands

Delivery to international destinations and Channel Islands will be charged at cost. Once you place an order, we will send you an email with a delivery quote. If you are happy with the quoted delivery charge, we will accept your order including the quoted delivery charged, and process your order as normal. Please note that we are only able to deliver the card-registered address on international orders, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes overseas.

6. Problems with Delivery

All orders are double checked before we dispatch them, however if you receive the wrong item or you do not receive your order, please advise us as soon as possible. Our contact details can be found here.
